Review: EOS Lip Balm in Strawberry Sorbet
Did you know that choosing the right lip moisturizer is an important decision and is worth a little effort to keep your smile smooth and supple? Our lips are made of thin skin that doesn't contain any oil glands. Meaning, it doesn't produce natural oils and tend to be dehydrated and chapped quickly than the rest of your skin.
For sure you guys have heard EOS or Evolution Of Smooth lip balms. For years, these lip balms has been famous and raved not only by girls but boys as well. And yes, I'm one of those girls who's been lemming for it. My friend was too generous to give me one and try it out. Ah-huh! :)
EOS lip balm claims that it has long-lasting moisture, shea butter and vitamin E, smooths on clear, gluten-free, paraben-free, petrolatum-free and phthalate-free. EOS lip balm is 95% organic, 100% natural, and paraben and petrolatum free. Packed with antioxidant-rich vitamin E, soothing shea butter and jojoba oil, EOS keeps your lips moist soft and sensationally smooth.
(I'm having hard time doing my blog in my iPad. Grrr)
(I'm having hard time doing my blog in my iPad. Grrr)
I cannot find anything special about this product aside from it's super cute packaging which I bet you wont disagree on that one and it's spherical shape made it easy to apply on your lips. It was not that moisturizing as what it promised. But all in all, I still find this product interesting and will definitely buy and try another one.
Have you tried any of EOS lip balms? What can you say about it?

I really love their packaging. Simple yet very professional.
I chose Up the Amp and Pink Nouveau, I've been eyeing on them since I started working at MAC. Pink nouveau is one of their best seller lipsticks. No wonder why... I'm loving it too!
I'll be updating my blog more often now because I'm planning to have my first ever makeup workshop. Oh, and by the way, stay tuned because I'll be having another giveaway sponsored by Props and Tools! Don't miss it guys. Ciao lovies!

REVIEW: Physician's Formula Nude Eyeshadow Palette
Hi everyone!
We all know that a lot of brands started coming up with their own versions of Urban Decay's "Naked" which has neutral colors. One of those brands is Physician's Formula. I haven't heard of it yet until my Aunt, who just arrived from New York, gave me one (thank you Tito Andy and Tita Joy!). Believe me, it's one of the cutest product I've ever seen!
Ready to see what it looks like? *wink*

See how cute the packaging is?? That's a true lace overlay on the product with a
cute pink ribbon. So girly..
At the side, you will see the three looks you can create using this product.
While at the back, you'll see some instructions and descriptions of the product.
These are the ingredients listed below the box.
I forgot to take a picture of it, but this product claims that it's: Hypoallergenic, Fragrance free, Paraben free, Dermatologist approved, Safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers, Gluten free.
It's small! Cute. :)
Eyeshadow applicator in wedge shape.
Most beauty bloggers and gurus said that some of the colors were dupe of UD Naked 1 and 2 palettes. I don't own one so I can't confirm it.
Pros:
- small, can fit in to your pouch/kit
- packaging, super cute and cheeky
- shimmery, good for highlighting
- paraben free
- can be used wet or dry
- colors are buildable
Cons:
- not locally available
- pigment is not that okay
- no separate chambers, you might grab the other color while getting the desired one.
Overall:
Well, I must say that this is a very interesting product into the world of neutral palettes. The shades are decent but doesn't have an outstanding pigmentation, but using a good primer will make it better. I can't recommend this for professional makeup artists.
Have you tried any physician's formula products yet?

My Christmas Wish
Hi everyone!
This will be just a simple post, no review, no haul... I'll be showing you some of the items I've been dreaming to have for. Hopefully, if God permits, I can have all of these before the year ends. (Literally crossing my fingers right now. *wish wish wish*)
So, let's start!
10. Sigma Brushes - Any set of Sigma brushes will definitely make me happy! I've been eyeing these brushes for years. I can't wait to hold and own them. (Santa Claus, please?)
9. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1- My eyes were stuck in this tablet since I saw it! Dude, I like Samsung better than Apple products... I'm not a techy girl but the reason why I want it because I think I need it, specially if a client wants to see my folios. It'll be more convenient and easy for makeup artist like me. (trying to make an excuse to buy it, right?)
8.NYX Lip Cream- I wanna hoard these so bad. One of the products I've been dreaming to have!
5. Naked Palette from Urban Decay
2. Laptop- I don't own one yet, I normally use our office's computer or my brother's. That's why I'm really having a hard time updating things online! UGH.
1. Bobbie Brown Pretty Powerful book! :)

How about you? What's your Christmas wish?

6. Nurturing Force Twinkle not Wrinkle eye primer- I'm so inlove with this primer! I'll do a review once I have it already, okay?? ;)
5. Naked Palette from Urban Decay
4. HP V5061u- one of my priority to have. :)
3. Make Up Station traincase with legs- even this is too big for me, still this will be very helpful specially when doing my wedding gigs. I'm actually choosing between this, videocam and laptop. *confuse*2. Laptop- I don't own one yet, I normally use our office's computer or my brother's. Review: Maybelline Fit Me in shade 220
Hi everyone!
Past few days were hella busy. Oyeah! :) I've been doing make-up gigs again and been preparing for the up coming fashion show this coming December 15,2012. But of course, I don't want to leave my blog hanging... again. Let's get start, shall we? ;p
For today I'll be reviewing Maybelline's Fit Me press powder in shade 220. I bought this product from my friend, Momi Joi. She asked me last 3 months ago if what I want to buy from walmart because her parents will send them balikbayan box. (Her mom works at Walmart btw.)
I was really planning to buy laptop, because it's way cheaper there compare here in Manila. But since I'm not sure what are the right specs for me, I decided to pick makeup then. So, I started browsing at Walmart.com for the products I wanted to buy but unfortunately none of it were available. *sad* I ended up checking Maybelline's line and this little black square thingy got my attention. I actually chose two, but the other one was opened already/used, I dunno why. Well, my friend decided to give it to me. YEY! ;p Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a picture of it yet so I "might" post a different review for it. Oh well, are you ready to see what it looks like???
TADAH!!!!
Maybelline says:
"This powder will give you a natural coverage that leaves the skin the way it is meant to be, fresh, breathing and flawless, no oils, no waxes, no nonsense."
Pros:
- wide range of shades
- cheap; I bought this for only Php 250! Not bad at all
- light weight
- doesn't have any unusual smell
- very natural and glides smoothly on face
- cute packaging; it comes in a black square box/case
Cons:
- the plastic case was cheaply made, it's a bit flimsy so be careful when using it
- puff and mirror were under the powder; very inconvenient if you're ina hurry
- not long lasting
- locally not available
Will I buy this again?
No. This product didn't reach my expectations. I like Maybelline's Clear Smooth press powder way better than this.
My opinion?
If you're looking for a long-lasting press powder which will give you medium coverage, this product will be a big NO for you. I find this product very light and easily goes off. But if you just want a shine-free looking face, then maybe this product is for you (though you might need to retouch every now and then). But all in all, I really don't regret buying it.
